Note for Indian Delegates Registering On-line
On-line
registration takes place on a secure international
e-commerce platform. Indian delegates registering
on-line will need to pay in US dollars. Their
credit card will be charged in Indian Rupees based
on the prevailing US Dollar-Indian Rupee exchange
rate as on the day of registration. This amount
may vary from the fixed off-line registration fee.
Your bank may also add a small conversion fee or
service charge as is their standard practice, and
this may show up in your credit card statement.

Registration Information
All scientific and trade delegates and guests of delegates are required to
register and pay the registration fee as appropriate for the category
Registration entails entry to scientific program and trade exhibition,
conference material, abstract book, beverage break, lunch and social
events.
There is no separate fee to attend the workshops Early Bird registration is open from July 1 through
October 31. It provides
for a substantially reduced registration fee
Online and offline registration closes on December 31, 2008.
Onsite registration opens on January 14, 2009 at 9:00 AM at the convention
center and entails 10% surcharge over the designated Late Registration fee
Indian delegate registration fee is 50% subsidized by the Government of
India. Indian citizens residing in India, and currently working or
studying in India are eligible for the subsidized registration fee.
Documentation in support of the current residence status may be needed
before confirmation of registration.
