How to Book Hotel Accommodation?

The Organizing Committee has arranged for delegate accommodation at pre-negotiated tariff
The hotel tariff is market-driven and is subject to change. Full Moon Travels will coordinate hotel accommodation and will provide individualized assistance. 

Request for reservation cancellation must be received by Full Moon Travels in writing. Following is the cancellation penalty: before August 31-25%; before October 31-50%; before December 31-75%; after 31-100%.
